Appointments and Office Hours: |
We see patients from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, until 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays and until 2:00 p.m. on Friday. To schedule an appointment, please call 203-245-4266. We request that you make your appointments as far in advance as possible. Should you have an urgent need, we will try to see you the same day. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we may allot the time to another patient.

Cancellation Policy: |
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, 24 hour notice is requested so someone else may use your time. A broken or failed appointment fee of $50.00 is charged for a missed or cancelled visit. Reserved time is exclusively scheduled for you and failure to make scheduled appointments add to the cost of dental care.

Financial Policy: |
Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is due upon date of service. For your convenience we accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. We also offer a Heathcare Financing Program which when you are accepted, will allow extended small monthly payments.

Insurance: |
As a courtesy, we will submit dental claims for you. We do accept assignment of benefit payments from most insurance companies. This will reduce your immediate out-of-pocket expenditures. Regardless of what we might calculate as your dental benefit in dollars, we must stress that you are responsible for the total treatment fee. Estimates are based on limited information obtained from your insurance company. If you desire, we can submit a pre-estimate to determine what compensation you may receive from your insurance company.
